The following products are eligible for return:
- Unopened, unused retail hair care products in original packaging
- Unopened, unused nail care products in original packaging
- Unopened styling tools with original packaging and tags
- Hair accessories in original condition with tags attached
- Gift sets that are unopened and sealed
2.2 Non-Returnable Products
The following products CANNOT be returned:
- Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards or service vouchers

- Products with missing security seals
3. RETURN TIMEFRAMES
3.1 Standard Returns
- In-salon purchases: 30 days from purchase date
- Website purchases: 30 days from delivery date
- Gift purchases: 30 days from original purchase date

- Manufacturer defects: 60 days from purchase date
- Shipping damage: Must be reported within 5 days of delivery

- Customer responsibility: Customer pays return shipping for standard returns

6. REFUND PROCESSING

7. EXCHANGES
7.1 Product Exchanges
- Same product exchanges available for different size or variant
- Equal value product exchanges accepted
- Price difference must be paid if exchanging for higher-priced item
- Refund of difference if exchanging for lower-priced item

8. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

8.2 Shipping Damage

11. RESTOCKING FEES
11.1 Standard Returns
- No restocking fee for returns meeting all conditions in Section 4
11.2 Special Order Items
- 20% restocking fee may apply for canceled special orders
- Fee disclosed at time of special order placement
- No restocking fee if item is defective or incorrect
12. EXCEPTIONS AND MANAGER DISCRETION

Management may make exceptions to this policy for:
- Long-term loyal customers
- Extenuating circumstances

- All return decisions are subject to manager approval
